Building an AI Team for Your Business

How do you integrate AI employees into your company? Agentell co-founder Albert Poghosyan shares hands-on experience managing a team of 3 humans and 16 AI agents. He will demonstrate how an AI team can handle entire business cycles, from analysis and sales to content creation and feedback management. You’ll learn how to: - Identify tasks and problems worth automating - Build an AI agent using no-code tools - Teach agents to work with your company’s data and tools - Keep humans in the loop where it matters most to prevent mistakes Albert will also build an AI agent from scratch to demonstrate how it solves specific business tasks.
