Job posts, published your way.

Write the job once and choose how it runs: applications in HR Drone, applicants sent to your own website, or a confidential post that keeps your company's name off it. Each publication runs for a month.

Comes with every plan

How it works

  1. Write the job

Title, levels, skills, salary and the description, in three short steps. The AI job writer can draft the text for you.

  2. Choose how it runs

Keep applications in HR Drone, send applicants to your website, or post confidentially, as your plan allows.

  3. Publish for a month

The post runs a full month, or until an earlier end date you pick. Two days before it ends, we email you.

What it does

  • Send applicants to your own site with an external application link
  • Post confidentially: candidates see the job, not your companyDepends on the plan
  • Auto-renew republishes a role every month, using a job post from your plan each time
  • Free posts for intern roles, as many as your plan includesFrom Starter Plus

Three kinds of post

A Regular job collects applications in HR Drone. A Public job sends applicants to your own website. A Confidential job shows candidates the role under "NDA Company" instead of your name. Public and Confidential posts depend on your plan.

Confidential from the start

A post is confidential from its first publication or not at all, so a role you have already announced openly never turns anonymous halfway.

Auto-renew or extend

Auto-renew publishes the job again every month and announces it again, using one job post from your plan each time. An archived post still inside its month can be extended for free, without announcing it again.

Free intern posts

Posts for intern roles don't use your paid job posts, up to the number your plan includes, from Starter Plus.

Questions employers ask

Yes. Pick an end date when you publish; it can be any day before the month is up. You can extend it back to the end of its month for free.

A renewal does: it is a new publication, announced again, and it uses a job post from your plan. Extending a post within its month doesn't.

No. A post's type is set when it is first published. To post the role confidentially, create a new post.

Publish offers to upgrade your plan, and auto-renew can't renew a post, so the post is archived at the end of its month.
