Under the Armenian Labor Code, night time is defined as the period from 22:00 to 06:00. Each hour worked at night must be paid with a supplement of at least 30% of the regular hourly rate.
Armenian law prohibits night work for persons under 18. Pregnant women and employees caring for a child under one year old may only work nights with their consent and based on a medical assessment.
