At the center of the **“Room to Grow” **event was a panel discussion, professionally and vividly moderated by our partner Astghik Malkhasyan, HR Director at Optimax Dev. She created an open, active, and engaging atmosphere, allowing each participant to be at the center of the discussion.

The event was also symbolic for us. The HR Drone team had literally outgrown the office space where the idea was born and the first collaborations were formed. That evening became our last gathering in that space, marking the move to a new, larger office and the beginning of a new phase.
