The "Career Compass: Find Your Path" event aims to present the current trends and requirements of the labor market, as well as to support students and graduates in taking their first steps in their career more confidently.

The first part of the event will feature a panel discussion on the topic "First Steps in a Career: Employers' Expectations", during which experienced HR specialists will present the current trends in the labor market and employers' expectations of novice specialists.
