AGBU “Learn and Earn: Armenia” program announces the launch of free professional development courses. The goal of the program is to support people with employment problems by providing practical knowledge and required skills that will help them successfully integrate into the labor market, increase competitiveness, and ensure sustainable employment. The directions of the courses are: 👇 ✅ Customer Service ✅ Accounting ✅ Sales Participants who have demonstrated good progress and active participation will also participate in English language courses, soft skills development programs, as well as consulting with a human resources specialist. The total duration of the program is 6 months. 👉 The courses are open to 📍 RA citizens over 18 years of age living in Shirak, Syunik, Kotayk, and Yerevan (including those displaced from Artsakh), who seek to acquire a new profession or develop their professional skills in order to enter the labor market. ‼ Applicants will be selected through an interview. Applicants for the accounting major will additionally participate in a professional testing phase. The courses will be held online, with occasional face-to-face meetings in Yerevan.
