**“The Power of Many” **event brought together more than 100 guests at the Craftsmen’s Tsaghkadzor restaurant, in a beautiful outdoor setting surrounded by pine trees.

The event demonstrated how important collaboration is between HR professionals and various leaders in building strong and effective teams.

The interactive format allowed guests not only to listen but also to actively participate in discussions, share experiences and ideas, explore optimal team structures and approaches to effective work. Within half an hour, each participant gained more than 10 new connections and partnerships.
