Requirements

  • We are looking for an outstanding Guest Relations Manager who is passionate about turning moments into memories for our guests and ensuring that they have an excepCoordinate and manage communication between guests and staff
  • Handle the arrival and departure of guests
  • Respond to any questions, needs and desires of guests, and follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction
  • Assign tasks appropriately and implement control schedule daily
  • Appraise team’s performance and produce reports
  • Implement plans to improve customer satisfaction
  • Inform guests about updates of services

Responsibilities

  • At least 2 year of working experience in the Hospitality Department
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Great leadership skills
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
