We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.

Requirements

  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities (making stories, posting, monitoring)
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Manage the digital marketing calendar events/promotions and other duties aligned
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
  • Maintain the online presence and reputation of the company
  • Monitor social media and Google Analytics
  • Measure digital traffic
  • Create Video content (reels)

Responsibilities

  • At least 2 year job experience as a social media specialist
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • Knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;
  • Ability to create creative content
  • Excellent critical thinking, communication, time-management and problem-solving skills.
