We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
Պահանջներ
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Manage day-to-day social media activities (making stories, posting, monitoring)
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Manage the digital marketing calendar events/promotions and other duties aligned
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
- Maintain the online presence and reputation of the company
- Monitor social media and Google Analytics
- Measure digital traffic
- Create Video content (reels)
Պարտականություններ
- At least 2 year job experience as a social media specialist
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
- Knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Ability to create creative content
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, time-management and problem-solving skills.
