Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- A genuine passion for exceptional customer experience, with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong people management and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and hold high standards
- Proven experience in specialty coffee, fine dining, or premium hospitality environments
- Ability to build and sustain a high-performance team culture
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability in daily operations
- Experience in managing workflows, shifts, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced setting
- High level of emotional intelligence - able to read guests, support team members, and handle pressure gracefully
- Understanding of quality control standards in both product and service
- A mindset of continuous improvement and openness to feedback
Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
- Lead the café team to deliver a consistently outstanding guest experience
- Ensure operational excellence across all shifts
- Maintain and elevate service and product quality standards
- Develop your team through coaching, feedback, structured routines and living company Values
- Act as a key contributor to Fein’s growth journey and brand experience
