WELES Group of Companies is expanding its team and looking for a** B2B Sales Specialist **to work with us!
Requirements
· Higher education (preferably in business, marketing, or a technical field) · At least 3 years of experience in the B2B sales sector · Deep knowledge of B2B sales cycles and customer relationship management · Proficiency in CRM systems (Bitrix24) and Microsoft Office · Good knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages. · Strong communication and negotiation skills · Technical knowledge in the field of solar systems is a plus
Responsibilities
· Search for new B2B clients and establish cooperation · Conduct negotiations with partners and sign contracts · Build long-term and trustworthy relationships with partners · Analyze the market and identify potential opportunities · Develop and maintain strong and continuous relationships with existing business clients · Sign contracts and carry out the full process of deals · Prepare price lists, sales proposals, and service packages tailored to client needs
