Responsibilities

- Handle inbound sales inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses to potential clients and guiding them through the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using company-designated tools and systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine outreach strategies, contributing to overall business development goals.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs while ensuring a high level of punctuality and professionalism in all client-facing activities.
