About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join us, bringing both deep data science expertise and strong MLOps capabilities. You'll work hands-on with our team on modeling and experimentation while establishing technical workflows and implementing production-ready ML systems.
Requirements
Experience required:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science (not just data analytics or Python development),
- Experience with computer vision tasks (classification, segmentation, detection, OCR),
- Experience with encoder models and embeddings
- Models serving and inference-optimization,
- Models retraining and validation pipelines,
- Data analysis, processing, data drift, etc.
- Proficiency with Python and data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch),
- Experience with SQL and working with large datasets,
- Comfortable with Git, Docker, CI/CD.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cloud platform experience (GCP),
- Experience with recommendation systems,
- Background in e-commerce or similar data-rich environments.

Responsibilities
- Write maintainable applications in Python,
- Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms hands-on,
- Collaborate closely with team members and other departments,
- Design and implement MLOps pipelines for model deployment and monitoring,
- Document experiments, findings, and technical decisions thoroughly.
