M-One company is looking for Junior Videographer, who will film and edit video content (e.g. for social media, marketing, brand storytelling). You'll work closely with our team to bring creative concepts to life and maintain visual consistency across projects.
Requirements
- Basic to intermediate experience in filming and video editing (portfolio or demo reel required)
- Proficiency (or willingness to learn) in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent
- Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, storytelling, visual composition
- Creativity, visual "eyes" and trend awareness
- Attention to detail and care in execution
- Ability to work independently, take direction, and manage deadlines
- Passion for learning and growing in the video / content space
Nice-to-Have / Bonus Skills
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts formats
- Understanding of social media content trends, hooks, editing styles
- Experience with motion design or animation in After Effects
Responsibilities
- Shoot video clips tailored to the project needs
- Edit videos (typically 15–60 seconds, but sometimes longer)
- Add motion graphics, titles, transitions, music, color correction
- Collaborate with marketing team to interpret briefs
- Manage revisions and feedback loops until final approval
- Suggest ideas to improve visual storytelling, formats, styles
