Requirements
- Proven senior-level experience in Product Management, with a strong track record of owning product strategy and execution
- Solid background in Project Management, including project planning and effective time management to meet deadlines and deliverables
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal, for effective communication with cross-functional and international teams
- Ability to work either remotely or on-site, adapting to flexible collaboration models
- Familiarity with Kanban methodologies is a plus, supporting agile workflow management
- MBA or equivalent advanced business education is preferred, demonstrating strong strategic and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with overall business objectives
- Lead end-to-end product management processes, from ideation and planning through execution, launch, and post-launch evaluation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure timely and successful delivery of product initiatives
- Plan, prioritize, and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables using effective project management and time management techniques
- Gather and analyze market research, customer feedback, and performance data to inform product decisions and continuously improve product offerings
- Communicate product updates, milestones, and key metrics to stakeholders and senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization
