Iguan Systems LLC is currently looking for a seasoned Scrum Master to lead our existing project. This role demands a strong command of Scrum methodologies, with the individual working closely with core development teams and various support units to ensure smooth planning and successful execution.
Requirements
- Oversee essential project functions such as elaborating business requirements, analyzing system and process workflows, and ensuring timely achievement of critical milestones and deliverables
- Collaborate across technical teams to provide comprehensive business analysis and process improvements
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve processes and guidelines
- Create and manage program and project status reports
- Recommend and execute strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Perform audits on projects and programs to confirm compliance with established standards and scope
- Ensure transparency and accessibility of all project and program-related updates and issues
- Proactively communicate with management, offering insights and suggestions to optimize business operations, workload management
Responsibilities
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in program and project management
- Highly self-motivated with outstanding verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong business insight and technical understanding; able to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Deep knowledge of Scrum
- Hands-on experience with Agile development tools like JIRA
- Proven ability to lead projects through successful execution using a practical, hands-on approach
- Familiarity with Kanban is a plus
