Hayasa Hospitality Group is looking for detail-oriented Front Office Agents (Day Shift and Night Shift) to assist guests with their needs.
Work schedule: 2 days on / 2 days off. Both day and night shifts are required. If you want to work in an energetic environment where you will be challenged, rewarded, and inspired, we would be happy to hear from you.
Requirements
Required qualifications
- A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or Tourism will be an advantage
- Fluency in English and Russian (both written and spoken)
- Knowledge of the Triosoft system will be an advantage
- Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
Job responsibilities
- Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide necessary information to guests
- Receive payments from guests (cash and non-cash)
