Vendo.am is a modern classifieds platform in Armenia focused on real estate, vehicles, jobs, services, and everyday goods. Our mission is to become the leading classifieds platform in Armenia and expand our presence across the region.
We are looking for a results-driven Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to lead our growth strategy and accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
Requirements
- Experience in growth, marketing, business development, or related leadership roles.
- Proven ability to drive user and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and customer acquisition.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable results.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Vendo.am's growth strategy.
- Increase the number of users, sellers, and listings on the platform.
- Identify and scale new customer acquisition channels.
- Launch marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with media outlets, influencers, Telegram communities, and local organizations.
- Create and test innovative growth initiatives.
- Monitor and improve key business performance metrics.
- Build and manage the growth and marketing team.
- Explore opportunities for market expansion and new business initiatives.
