Renderforest is seeking a full-time Manual QA Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual QA, with a focus on attention to detail and problem-solving skills. This is a junior-level position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
Requirements
- Experience in QA manual testing is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow processes and procedures accurately.
- Passion for quality and a desire to learn and grow in the field of software testing.
- Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases is a plus.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to accept feedback.
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the testing and verification of software products to ensure they meet quality standards and requirements.
- Create test cases and test strategies based on the product requirements.
- Identify, reproduce and report bugs.
- Follow up approved test processes.
- Work with the Development team to troubleshoot issues and evaluate fixes.
- Perform functional, compatibility, usability, performance and load testing.
- Verify fixed defects and perform regression tests to ensure the quality of software release.
- Provide timely updates on tasks and meet internal deadlines with high quality deliverables.
- Execute and evaluate manual test cases and report test results.
- Report directly to the QA Team Lead.
