Renderforest is looking for a result-driven Data Analyst. The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Big Data Analytics or related field.
- More than 2 years of professional experience in Big Data Solutions, analytics and reporting.
- Good understanding of algorithms, computational complexity and performance.
- Demonstrated ability to present data in a clear and compelling way.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time-management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, often simultaneously, flexibility.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using Google Tag Manager is a plus.
- Proficiency with SQL Database is a must.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL is an asset.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Identify data sources, collect data and source missing information.
- Interpret data and provide ongoing reports.
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
- Create visualizations of data.
