We are looking for a Sales Manager who speaks fluent English and knows how to connect with potential clients, build trust, and turn interest into sales. This is an important role on our sales team, perfect for someone who is proactive, confident, and motivated by results.
Requirements
- Make outbound (cold) calls to potential clients
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid communication and persuasion skills
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Meet and exceed sales targets
Responsibilities
- Fluent English speaker with good verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
- Confident and persuasive communicator: both on the phone and in-person
- Comfortable with cold calling and client outreach
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
