IT Sales Manager
Job description
PMD Solutions is looking for a driven and strategic Sales Manager to help us scale our growth and expand our presence in international markets. This role is ideal for someone who not only closes deals but also builds and owns the entire sales engine from first touch to signed contract.
Requirements
• Proven experience in selling SaaS products • Strong background in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools is a big advantage) • Experience owning the full sales cycle end-to-end • Strong prospecting and outreach skills (LinkedIn, email, etc.) • Experience working with B2B clients and complex sales cycles • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Responsibilities
• Developing and executing our sales strategy • Defining ICP's and target markets • Driving outbound outreach and generating new business opportunities • Managing the full sales cycle - from outreach and qualification to negotiation and deal closing • Building and optimizing scalable sales processes • Collaborating with marketing and delivery teams to align growth efforts
