Content Marketing Producer
Job description
We are seeking a full-time, in-house Content Producer responsible for planning, filming, editing, and producing high-quality photo and video content, with a major focus on short-form video / reels, showcasing MAQOOR’s operations, craftsmanship, services, and premium brand identity.
This is not a traditional SMM role. We need a creator physically present inside the company, embedded in daily operations, capturing real processes and transforming them into compelling visual content.
The ideal candidate understands how to produce visually engaging, premium, and conversion-driven video/photo content that strengthens MAQOOR’s brand and market position. Beyond technical execution, this role requires someone who can recognize valuable content opportunities within daily business operations, proactively develop creative concepts, and consistently translate operational excellence into content that educates, engages, and converts audiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience in video production, reel creation, photography, and photo editing
- Strong proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent creative tools
- Demonstrated portfolio of short-form video / commercial / branded content
- Strong understanding of social-first content creation and performance-driven creative principles
- Excellent eye for visual storytelling, composition, lighting, and premium aesthetics
- Ability to independently plan, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality content from concept to final output
- Experience with graphic design and branded visual asset creation
- Basic understanding of Meta / Instagram / ad creatives and campaign setup
- Ability to work full-time on-site and integrate into daily operations
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of identifying content opportunities independently

- Experience with performance marketing / ad optimization
- Experience managing influencer collaborations
- Background in luxury, fashion, beauty, hospitality, or premium service brands
- Familiarity with professional camera and lighting equipment
Responsibilities
- Plan, film, and edit high-quality photo and video content for MAQOOR’s digital platforms
- Produce engaging short-form videos / reels optimized for social media, paid ads, and brand campaigns
- Create compelling before/after transformation content showcasing service results
- Capture daily storytelling content highlighting operations, craftsmanship, team, and behind-the-scenes processes
- Film and document shoe cleaning, restoration, garment care, ironing, and other operational workflows in visually engaging ways
- Develop educational and explanatory content around garment and shoe care expertise
- Produce promotional and conversion-driven advertising creatives for paid campaigns
- Assist in managing and optimizing Meta / Instagram / TikTok advertising campaigns
- Coordinate, manage, and execute influencer / partnership collaborations from outreach to content delivery
- Organize and produce influencer shoots ensuring brand consistency and premium presentation
- Execute professional photoshoots for branded, operational, and campaign content
- Create supporting visual assets / graphics for marketing materials when needed
- Continuously identify new content opportunities within daily operations and proactively suggest creative ideas
- Maintain a structured content production schedule and ensure consistent output
- Collaborate closely with management on campaigns, launches, and strategic marketing initiatives
