Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in marketing, with a strong focus on both B2B and B2C marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Demonstrated proficiency in content marketing, including the ability to develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of marketing management principles, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and oversee marketing projects from conception to completion.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English (B2-C1) or higher, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats in a professional environment.
- Experience working in PR and media-related fields is a plus, with a solid understanding of how to leverage various media channels to maximize marketing impact.
- This is a full-time, office-based position requiring a proactive, results-driven individual who can collaborate cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced marketing environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive B2B and B2C marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Plan, execute, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and target audience needs.
- Manage and coordinate content marketing initiatives, including the creation of engaging materials across digital and traditional platforms.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts and inform data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and seamless campaign execution.
- Monitor and manage the marketing budget, track ROI of campaigns, and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
