Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing (SMM), with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns and content strategies across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, including hands-on experience in creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to drive engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), including their algorithms, best practices, and analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance.
- Experience with inbound marketing methodologies is a strong advantage, including knowledge of content marketing, lead generation, and audience nurturing strategies.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English (B2) or higher is required, with the ability to create compelling content, communicate effectively with international stakeholders, and collaborate within a multicultural environment.
- This is a full-time, office-based position suitable for Middle to Senior level professionals who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness and audience engagement
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for social media channels, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and other social media platforms to drive targeted traffic and conversions
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, using data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in digital marketing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, and marketing managers to align social media efforts with overall inbound marketing strategies
