We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is open to junior and middle-level candidates and offers flexible employment options, including full-time, part-time, and remote work. Join us to help making customer experience a distinctive feature of our platform.
Requirements
- Must have a strong ability to deal with new technologies and adapt to evolving customer service platforms.
- Proven experience in developing and building relationships with customers to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
- Demonstrated capability to manage and meet deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate/upper intermediate proficiency in English and Russian, both written and spoken, assuming Armenian a native is required to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Preferred candidates will have experience conducting customer surveys to gather feedback and improve service delivery.
