Kerpak, an AI-powered retail-tech solution, is revolutionizing the shopping experience by connecting customers to the products they love.
Kerpak has become standard in office food culture and spread around top IT and banking institutions such as Service Titan, Picsart, BroadCom, DataArt, Ameriabank to name a few.
We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is open to junior and middle-level candidates and offers flexible employment options, including full-time, part-time, and remote work. Join us to help making customer experience a distinctive feature of our platform.
Պահանջներ
- Must have a strong ability to deal with new technologies and adapt to evolving customer service platforms.
- Proven experience in developing and building relationships with customers to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
- Demonstrated capability to manage and meet deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate/upper intermediate proficiency in English and Russian, both written and spoken, assuming Armenian a native is required to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Preferred candidates will have experience conducting customer surveys to gather feedback and improve service delivery.
