HR Specialist will play a key role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of human resources activities within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for Recruiting, HR Administration and other HR-related functions.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in HRM, Organizational Psychology or related field;
- At least 1 year of experience in the field of HR;
- Good knowledge of RA Labor Code;
- Advanced knowledge of English and Russian languages;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews and making recommendations for hiring;
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes;
- Organize and maintain personnel records;
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides;
- Provide reports to Head of HR.
