Closr is a creative marketing agency working with local and international brands.

We’re looking for a Video Editor with 2+ years of experience who understands platform behavior, short- and long-form content, and can collaborate closely with the marketing team to create content that resonates.

This is a full-time, on-site role.

Requirements

2+ years of experience editing social media and YouTube content
Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro
Solid working knowledge of Adobe After Effects
Understanding of platform behavior and audience engagement
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Portfolio showcasing short- and long-form content for brands
Experience creating AI-generated content will be a plus

Responsibilities

Edit high-quality short-form content for social media platforms
Structure and edit long-form content, maintaining engagement and clarity
Apply sound design, motion graphics, captions, and visual storytelling to enhance videos
Adapt edits to platform-specific behavior and audience preferences
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to bring content ideas to life
Contribute suggestions to improve content, pacing, and audience engagement
