WIP’s partner company, New Venture Brokerage, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled **Graphic Designer **to join their dynamic team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Proven experience designing corporate and financial presentations (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides).
  • Solid understanding of print production processes, with hands-on experience collaborating with printing agencies.
  • Familiarity with designing content tailored for diverse social media platforms including LinkedIn, Quora, Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram.
  • Highly detail-oriented, deadline-focused, and capable of balancing creativity with precision.
  • 3–4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
  • 1–2 years of prior experience in finance, fintech, or corporate design is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Transform complex research, reports, and financial models into compelling investor presentations, pitch decks, and infographics.
  • Develop engaging visuals for digital platforms including LinkedIn, Quora, Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, and NVB’s website
  • Design creative assets for advertising campaigns, outdoor LED displays, PR events, media interviews, and animated ads.
  • Prepare high-quality, print-ready materials such as catalogues, brochures, investor reports, and branded merchandise
  • Liaise with printing agencies to manage proofing, quality assurance, and on-time delivery of materials
  • Provide design support for customized investor decks, event visuals, and conference presentations.
  • Monitor design, fintech branding, and financial communication trends to strengthen the company’s global presence and visual identity
