We’re looking for a Senior Membership Success Manager to elevate our member experience, lead engagement strategies, and strengthen our growing community of tech leaders, startups, and innovation partners.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in community management, membership development, or stakeholder engagement
Strong relationship-building and communication skills in both Armenian and English
Experience managing high-impact events or ecosystem programs
Familiarity with Armenia’s tech sector and global innovation trends
Strategic thinking with hands-on execution skills
Knowledge of CRM systems, Mailchimp (or similar), and data-informed decision-making
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred

Responsibilities

Lead strategic programs that boost member satisfaction, collaboration, and retention
Drive onboarding of new members—startups, corporates, and partners
Oversee member-focused events, including key roles in DigiTec and other flagship programs
Launch tailored communications (newsletters, updates) that keep members informed and involved
Collect and analyze feedback to shape UATE services and policy priorities
Present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
