Head of Performance and Digital Marketing
Job description
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital & Performance Marketing Lead to define, execute, and continuously optimize our data-driven marketing strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency across all digital channels. You will take full ownership of performance marketing initiatives, leading the planning, execution, and scaling of paid acquisition campaigns while ensuring strong ROI and sustainable growth. Working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Creative teams, you will translate business objectives into impactful marketing strategies and high-performing campaigns. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on expertise, with a strong focus on analytics, experimentation, and continuous improvement. You will also lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, manage external partners, and explore innovative growth opportunities, including new platforms, formats, and AI-driven solutions.
Requirements
Required skills
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in digital and performance marketing, with at least part of the experience in a leadership or senior role.
- Excellent, hands-on PPC expertise, including proven experience managing and scaling campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, conversion tracking, attribution models, and marketing analytics tools.
- Demonstrated track record of building and optimizing high-performing acquisition funnels and growth programs.
- Proven people-management and stakeholder-management experience.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with a high level of operational execution.
- Experience in fintech / regulated categories is a strong advantage.

- Define, lead, and continuously improve the company’s digital and performance marketing strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Own and scale all paid acquisition channels, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other performance platforms.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of complex, data-driven PPC campaigns with a strong focus on ROI, CAC, and revenue growth.
- Establish performance frameworks, KPIs, reporting standards, and attribution models to support data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze campaign and funnel performance, identify growth opportunities, and translate insights into actionable initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the digital marketing team and manage external agencies and vendors.
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, and senior leadership to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and commercial priorities.
- Identify, test, and scale new growth opportunities across channels, formats, and user journeys (new platforms, ad formats, and targeting approaches).
- Partner with Creative, Strategy and Product to develop digital-first campaign concepts, activations, challenges, and experiments (including AI-assisted creative workflows, gamification, and “smart content” mechanics).
- Own digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources across channels and markets.
