**QuickStaffing HR **is hiring a Content Writer for its partner company Movato, which is an international delivery service provider operating in Cyprus and Kazakhstan, organizing the shipment of purchases from online stores in the United States, Germany, and Russia. https://movato.com/
Location: Adonts 10, Yerevan Working hours: Monday – Friday, 09:30 – 18:00
Requirements
- Create and edit content for various digital channels, including: email marketing campaigns (promotional, transactional, lifecycle), push notifications and in-app messages, website and mobile application content, social media platforms, scripts and other communication materials
- Plan and technically set up email and notification campaigns end-to-end
- Manage campaign processes from A to Z, ensuring timely and accurate execution
- Work with user segmentation, customer journeys, and message timing to improve communication effectiveness
- Adapt content tone and messaging for different markets, platforms, and user scenarios
- Collaborate closely with marketing and IT teams during campaign development and implementation
- Ensure consistency of the brand voice across all communication channels and touchpoints
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize content based on user behavior and results
- Optimize website content in line with SEO best practices
- Develop and maintain documentation for brand tone of voice and communication guidelines
Responsibilities
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in content writing and digital communications
- Strong understanding of digital products, platforms, and online communication channels
- Knowledge of email marketing processes and notification logic
- Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to work with digital tools and systems
- Familiarity with social media and web content creation
- Experience working with project management tools (e.g., Asana) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of HTML will be considered a strong advantage
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns and content processes
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Advanced knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English
