Job description
We are looking for a Store Sales Consultant to present displayed products/jewelry of the Store, act as a referent and provide recommendations that will provide an exceptional client experience. As a Sales Consultant you should consistently achieve and/or exceed the monthly sales target.
Requirements
- College degree preferred
- 1-3 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality environment
- MS Office experience required, 1C and POS knowledge are preferred
- Additional language skills are a plus (English, Russian)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required
- Uphold Pregomesh image by maintaining professional behavior at all times and being an Ambassador for the Brand
Responsibilities
- Present displayed products/jewelry of the store to the customers
- Understand each customer’s needs, priorities and offer the best option
- Inform about current discounts and offers to the customers
- Present the creation story, composition, price of each piece of jewelry
- Receive payments, issue receipts and keep track of all cash and credit transactions
- Assist in the merchandising and daily maintenance of displays and back-stock
- Appropriately resolve client issues/concerns and contribute customer satisfaction
- Perform sales reports and fill in the necessary information in the system on a daily basis
- Assist with daily set-up and breakdown of the store for opening/closing as needed
