We are looking for a Store Sales Consultant to present displayed products/jewelry of the Store, act as a referent and provide recommendations that will provide an exceptional client experience. As a Sales Consultant you should consistently achieve and/or exceed the monthly sales target.

Requirements

College degree preferred
1-3 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality environment
MS Office experience required, 1C and POS knowledge are preferred
Additional language skills are a plus (English, Russian)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required
Uphold Pregomesh image by maintaining professional behavior at all times and being an Ambassador for the Brand

Responsibilities

Present displayed products/jewelry of the store to the customers
Understand each customer’s needs, priorities and offer the best option
Inform about current discounts and offers to the customers
Present the creation story, composition, price of each piece of jewelry
Receive payments, issue receipts and keep track of all cash and credit transactions
Assist in the merchandising and daily maintenance of displays and back-stock
Appropriately resolve client issues/concerns and contribute customer satisfaction
Perform sales reports and fill in the necessary information in the system on a daily basis
Assist with daily set-up and breakdown of the store for opening/closing as needed
