Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing, with a proven track record at Senior or Lead level
- Strong expertise in B2B Marketing, B2C Marketing, Content Marketing, and Digital Marketing
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal, for effective communication in a professional environment
- Experience with Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing, or Reddit Marketing is a strong plus
- Ability to work full-time from the office, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B and B2C marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth across multiple channels
- Plan, create, and oversee content marketing initiatives, ensuring high-quality, engaging materials that align with brand voice and business objectives
- Design and manage digital marketing campaigns, monitoring performance metrics and optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights
- Lead and mentor marketing team members, providing guidance on best practices and ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals
- Manage affiliate, email, and community-driven marketing efforts, including platforms such as Reddit, to expand reach and strengthen customer engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure cohesive messaging and successful execution of marketing campaigns
