Mixxup Real Estate Company is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Investment Specialist.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of work experience in sales.
- Fluency in Armenian, English, and Russian.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the MS Office package.
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
- Excellent decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM systems will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
· Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments solutions, including financial analysis, property inspections, and risk assessments.
· Develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions.
· Find, build, and maintain long-term relationships with new customers.
· Conduct negotiations and carry out transactions.
· Manage the CRM system.
· Prepare and present investment proposals and reports to senior management and investors.
· Monitor market trends and economic indicators to inform investment strategies.
· Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements.
