Sales Consultant

Requirements
- Experience as a Sales Assistant, Sales Representative, or similar Retail role, suitable for Junior or Middle-level candidates
- Proven ability in displaying merchandise effectively to maximize sales and enhance the shopping experience
- Hands-on experience with stocking shelves, ensuring products are well-organized and readily available
- Industry expertise in retail is a plus, providing valuable insight into customer needs and market trends
- Intermediate English and Russian proficiency required
Responsibilities
- Arrange and display merchandise on shelves and sales floor to maximize visual appeal and drive customer interest
- Stock and replenish shelves regularly, ensuring products are well-organized, properly labeled, and readily available for customers
- Assist customers with product selection by sharing industry knowledge and expertise to support informed purchasing decisions
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service to enhance the shopping experience and build lasting customer relationships
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment throughout the day
