We are a growing accounting, legal, and corporate services firm based in Yerevan, working with local and international clients. We're looking for a Lawyer to join our team.
Requirements
- Law degree with experience in corporate/commercial law
- Solid knowledge of Armenian legislation (tax, corporate, labor law a plus)
- Fluent in Armenian and Russian; English is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable working directly with clients
Responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts, corporate documents, and client agreements
- Prepare and handle Temporary Residence Permit (TRP) applications for our clients
- Advise clients on company registration, licensing, and regulatory compliance
- Support corporate structuring and cross-border matters
- Work closely with our accounting and HR teams
