We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented** BTL & Event Manager** to join our team and lead integrated marketing projects, with a strong focus on BTL activations and events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing client relationships while overseeing projects from concept to execution.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in client services, account management, or project management
- Previous experience in an agency or marketing environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and suppliers
- Solid understanding of BTL and event processes; hands-on event experience is a strong advantage
- Fluency in English and Russian
Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and act as the primary point of contact for BTL and event-related projects
- Lead projects end-to-end, from briefing and planning through execution and reporting
- Coordinate internal teams (creative, digital, production) and external vendors
- Develop project briefs, timelines, budgets, and client presentations
- Ensure smooth workflows, high-quality delivery, and strict deadline management
- Plan, manage, and execute BTL activations and events, including on-ground coordination
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure project efficiency
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure high satisfaction
