Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a Front Desk or Front of House role within the hospitality or tourism sector, suitable for Junior to Middle-level professionals.
- Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher, with strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with international guests.
- Preferred hands-on experience with Triosoft property management software to streamline check-ins, reservations, and billing processes.
- Ability to manage guest services efficiently while working Full-time, included night shifts.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle front desk operations, including guest inquiries, phone calls, and administrative tasks.
- A customer-centric mindset with a professional demeanor, committed to maintaining high service standards and resolving issues promptly.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process aligned with hotel standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Process payments, verify billing accuracy, and balance cash and credit transactions at the end of each shift.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and guest needs are met in a timely manner.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, support administrative tasks, and uphold security procedures for guest data and room access.
