FLASH LLC is looking for a motivated and energetic HR specialist who will be responsible for the recruitment and onboarding processes of our company.
Requirements
Higher education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
At least 1-2 years of work experience in HR recruiter
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High sense of responsibility
Ability to learn quickly
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a team.
Responsibilities
Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
Attracting suitable candidates through social media, etc.
Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
Help with market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and emerging talent
Welcome new employees’ upon their arrival and give them an office tour
Providing recruitment reports to Head of HR.
