We are seeking an experienced on-site (non-remote) mid level**** Sales Manager with a strong background in SaaS and ERP solutions to drive growth and expand our customer base both in Armenia and internationally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, managing the entire sales process, and establishing relationships that promote long-term success. This role involves both online and offline client engagement, requiring a balance of strategic thinking, direct sales skills, and networking expertise.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Russian, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Sales Tools: Experience with Apollo, Sales Navigator or similar tools.
- Experience: Preferably with a background in the IT sector, specifically in selling SaaS or ERP solutions.
- Networking Abilities: Proven ability to network effectively within the business sector in Armenia and internationally.
- Availability for Business Travel: Willingness to travel for business several times a year to participate in exhibitions and other industry events.
- Sales Expertise: Skilled in both online and offline sales approaches, including cold calling, warm leads, and relationship-based selling
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Use Apollo, Sales Navigator, and other tools to identify and connect with qualified leads in target sectors.
- Client Meetings: Conduct online and in-person meetings with potential buyers to demonstrate our SaaS and ERP offerings, addressing client needs and showcasing product benefits.
- Cold and Warm Outreach: Engage in cold and hot calling to establish initial contact, develop interest, and schedule meetings with prospects.
- Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement a strategic sales plan that targets business sectors in Armenia and key overseas markets.
- Networking and Relationship Building: Leverage existing networks and build new relationships within the business sector to generate opportunities and partnerships.
- Exhibition and Event Participation: Represent the company at industry exhibitions and events several times per year, showcasing our products, engaging prospects, and strengthening brand presence.
- Sales Reporting: Track and analyze sales metrics, providing regular reports on progress, challenges, and insights.
