Wip's partner company Pharm Etalon Plus, the authorized distributor of Sandoz in Armenia, seeks a Sales & Marketing Director to lead the planning and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Higher Education in relevant field (master's degree in business administration will be plus)
- 5-7 years of experience in a sales or marketing management role
- Excellent knowledge of MS office
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian, and English.
- Sales and business development skills

- Communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic objectives related to sales and marketing functions
- Create and maintain sales and marketing budgets
- Research the market, understand customer requirements and analyze trends
- Analyze and respond to competitors' strategies and changes in the industry
- Craft comprehensive marketing campaigns encompassing promotional events, sales incentives, and targeted product promotions
- Establish partnerships to increase sales and collaborate with media platforms
- Develop and Implement Advertising Campaign Strategies
- Assign sales territories and targets to the sales team
- Evaluate the performance of sales and marketing personnel
- Develop and Manage High-Level Client Relationships
- Maximize value from referral networks and business connections
- Prepare reports and presentations to update management with sales progress
