Responsibilities
- Welcome new customers and foster ongoing partnerships, while also nurturing relationships with existing clients through calls and meetings.
- Implement impactful sales initiatives to drive revenue growth.
- Swiftly and efficiently address customer concerns and ensure the satisfaction of longstanding clients through effective communication (calls, meetings).
- Provide comprehensive information about our services and programs, going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.
- Organize sales-related documentation and facilitate contract drafting.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare insightful financial reports.
