**La Galleria Luxury Boutiques **are inviting qualified enthusiasts to fill the position of Assistant to Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Assist company supervisor/chief buying officer with routine works.
- Communicate with foreign partners and transport organization to order goods and to provide delivery.
- Operating with CRM and Sales soft, communicate with sales team.
- Complete high-level writing tasks in Armenian, Russian and English.
- Handle correspondence and answer phone calls.
- Schedule and organize meetings.
- Support during negotiations.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by company owner and CEO.
Պահանջներ
- Higher education (Bachelor Degree) in Humanities or Economics.
- At least 1 years work experience, preferably supporting an executive level individual.
- Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian, both verbal and written.
- High level of computer literacy (MS Office, database, etc.).
- Strong analytical and arithmetical skills.
- High sense of responsibility, accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and self-motivation.
- Teamwork ability.
