Responsibilities

• Assist company supervisor/chief buying officer with routine works.
• Communicate with foreign partners and transport organization to order goods and to provide delivery.
• Operating with CRM and Sales soft, communicate with sales team.
• Complete high-level writing tasks in Armenian, Russian and English.
• Handle correspondence and answer phone calls.
• Schedule and organize meetings.
• Support during negotiations.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by company owner and CEO.
