We’re looking for a Video Editor to join our agency in a full-time, on-site role, working exclusively on one of our international partner brands with millions of followers across social media.
You don’t need years of experience. We’re looking for someone with a solid foundation in Adobe Premiere Pro and AI editing tools, and the mindset to learn. We’ll teach you the rest through a structured onboarding process built specifically for this project.

- Strong understanding of short-form video editing — hooks, pacing, retention, storytelling, and what makes people stop scrolling.
- Solid proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; After Effects is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with AI editing tools; experience with Higgsfield AI is a major plus.
- Ability to work with captions, motion graphics, sound design, transitions, B-roll, and visual effects to keep content dynamic and engaging.
- Comfortable taking feedback, following creative direction, and making revisions efficiently.
- Reliable, responsible, curious, and eager to learn — these qualities matter more to us than years of experience.
- Good English communication skills.
