We are looking for a Junior Recruiter / HR Specialist to join our team and support both technical recruitment and HR processes.

Պահանջներ
- 0.5–1+ years of experience in tech recruitment (IT recruitment is must).
- Understanding of tech recruitment and candidate evaluation processes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trustful relationships.
- English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
- Knowledge of Russian is a plus.
- Motivation to grow and develop in IT recruitment and HR.

- Search and source IT specialists through LinkedIn, job platforms, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates.
- Maintain and develop the candidate database / talent pool.
- Support HR processes, including onboarding and employee adaptation.
- Assist in organizing corporate events and internal initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the HR and Recruiting Lead.
