We are looking for a Junior Recruiter / HR Specialist to join our team and support both recruitment and HR processes.

Պահանջներ

  • 0.5–1+ years of experience in HR or recruitment (IT recruitment is a strong plus).
  • Understanding of recruitment and candidate evaluation processes.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trustful relationships.
  • English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
  • Knowledge of Russian and Armenian is a plus.
  • Motivation to grow and develop in IT recruitment and HR.

Պարտականություններ

  • Search and source IT specialists through LinkedIn, job platforms, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates.
  • Maintain and develop the candidate database / talent pool.
  • Support HR processes, including onboarding and employee adaptation.
  • Assist in organizing corporate events and internal initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR and Recruiting Lead.
