WIP’s partner company Pharm Etalon Plus, the authorized distributor of Sandoz in Armenia, is seeking a Sales Head to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of sales strategies.
Պահանջներ
Higher education in a relevant field (Master’s degree in Business Administration is a plus) 5–7 years of experience in a sales management role Excellent knowledge of MS Office Fluency in Armenian, Russian, and English Strong sales and business development skills Proven leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Define and assign sales territories and targets to the sales team Evaluate the performance of the sales team Develop and manage high-level client relationships Maximize value from referral networks and business partnerships Ensure continuous professional development and sales skills training of the sales team Prepare sales reports and presentations for senior management
